Refund and Returns Policy

What is your returns policy?

If merchandise is damaged or faulty, you we will happily provide a credit note or refund under the following conditions:

  • You must contact us via email before returning the item within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • Item must be returned within 14 days of notification via email.
  • Item must be in saleable condition with all tags attached
  • Item must not be in used condition, damaged, altered or washed.
  • Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless deemed faulty or damaged.
  • We excerise our discretion upon inspecting the item to determine a refund or a credit note.

 

Change of mind

If you have changed your mind, we do not offer you a refund. Please choose carefully when placing an order through our online platform as a change of mind returns will not be accepted. Returns and exchanges will not be offered at all except to the extent required by law.

How can I track my order?

You can track your order directly using the tracking code that was sent in your shipping confirmation email. If you can’t find your tracking code, please call or email us.
St Charbel Souvenir Shop will not take responsibility for loss or damaged items during transit.

St Charbel Souvenir Shop has the absolute discretion in deciding whether an item is defective, faulty or not fit for its purpose. As such, St Charbel Souvenir Shop may require any evidence whatsoever in order to investigate your claim.

You are generally responsible for returning the product if it can be posted or easily returned.
